Cultural transformation of a financial institution

Supporting 60 managers and their teams in the deployment of a feedback and sharing process in order to make the most of these new feedback loops.


Programme based on three pillars: individual coaching for each manager; collective coaching for each team; mastermind between the managers of a same business unit in order to enhance experience sharing, to train them in coaching tools and to strengthen their ability to resolve issues in a collaborative way.


The pilot (with 600 people) was positive. The teams expressed their satisfaction concerning the support and the improvement that followed. Our support in terms of coaching has been extended through an on-demand format.
