Co-design and facilitation of four days of seminars spread over time, formalisation of intermediate and final productions with illustrations.
Results
40 managers build a common frame of reference, rooted in their own experience, of values, behaviours and rules of the collective game, globally and by team. They test the practical tools made available to them in their day-to-day work, and develop a dynamic of peer support. A graphic facilitator accompanies the process to illustrate it.
Project duration
Six months in total, including the co-design phase, seminars and final debriefing on deliverables.
