Design, implementation and governance of the lab, knowledge transfer to the internal teams, design and facilitation of various projects according to the needs.
Results
Several hundred employees have been involved each year through: collaborative workshops focusing on complex problem-solving, training sessions on innovation and collaboration tools, incubation initiatives, and various types of support.
Project duration
Five years of support during which we promoted the upskill of the lab’s in-house teams for more autonomy and greater impact.
